I deal extensively and compassionately with special situations (minor beneficiaries, beneficiaries with disabilities, special assets, excluded family members, planning for future generations, second marriages) to accurately reflect the necessary will provisions. I discuss the tax implications of a client's situation. Additionally, I will assist the client with a review of beneficiary designation forms for insurance and retirement plans to ensure that they accurately mesh with the client's estate planning objectives

If appropriate, estate tax planning provisions are carefully included in a client's estate tax planning documents.
